Why is it saying the eBook I want to read is in use?

Answer

Some eBooks have limited licenses, meaning only one or a few readers (library patrons) can access the eBook at a time. If an eBook's reader capacity is met, you will see this message:

Screenshot of text from the library catalog when an eBook is in use. Message reads "Sorry, this eBook is in use."

Once a reader stops viewing the book, ending their session, you will be able to access the eBook.
