If you need to link to library resources from documents or websites (like a Canvas course, syllabus, or website), permalinks and OpenAthens links are the best tools. Using these will ensure you comply with copyright laws. Use permalinks to link to a resource found in the library’s online catalog. If you’re linking to a resource NOT available in the library’s online catalog, use OpenAthens.
